TRISTANIA – International Journal of Tristan Studies
We are a group of international scholars interested in the Tristan material from the Middle Ages to modern times. Despite our official name, the real focus rests on both literary figures, Tristan and Isolde (Iseult).
Our Site has been recognized by Infography as an excellent source of information on Alfred Roller:

Every year we organize several sessions at the International Congress of Medieval Studies at the Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, MI
Scholars interested in presenting their research on any topic relevant to the Tristan material, including modern reception of the Tristan motif, are invited to submit proposals. We certainly also welcome musicologists, art historians, and other scholars working in this area.
Proposals for the 2004 Kalamazoo conference should be addressed to our current President Jim Zychowicz at 803 E. Gorham St., Madison, WI 53703; JZychowicz@aol.com, or at: 773-341-6335.
Participate with members of the Tristan Society on its Google Group
We also publish a yearly journal, Tristania, (see the web link above), currently volume 22 is in preparation.
For contact, email Professor Albrecht Classen, Editor and visit his homepage.
